To continue receiving USDA Foods after a certification period has ended, the neighbor will be recertified by reapplying and meeting eligibility requirements again. Also, during the recertification period, the neighbor will be provided the TEFAP Participants Rights and Responsibility to ensure that each neighbor verbally consents to the TEFAP Participants Rights and Responsibility.
