The Lord has risen for us sinners! The Lord has risen for us sinners!! THE LORD HAS RISEN FOR US SINNERS!! And he would not have it any other way. He, the innocent, loves us so much that he wanted to die for us to bring us out of darkness and into his wonderful light. He ordered us, sleepers, to awake from this world and be enlightened by his wonderful light. He commanded us to not be stuck in our ways and turn and follow him in everything that we do.
Today is a great day to be with God because he knew from the very beginning that Adam and Eve would sin and that he would want to send his only begotten Son to suffer, die, and rise for us. He did not want us, his creation of his own hands, to be lost forever and away from him. He loves us. He loves us. He loves us.
And sometimes we love him. And sometimes we love him. And sometimes we love him. We all know that. Sometimes we are close to God and choose to follow him and other times not so much. We are fickle humans, who sometimes love him and sometimes not. Sometimes we follow him and sometimes not.
Where is your hope? Is your hope in the world or in God? I am sure we do this a lot of times, where we place our hope in money or someone in the world and it always happens that we are left disappointed, that they will fail us or something happens that they abandon us. That is the world that we live in. When we place our hope in human and earthly things, they will abandon us or fail us. Yet that happens all the time and we still keep on going back to placing our hope in the world.
Are you tired of this? Do you want something more? One of the reason why Jesus has risen for us is because he wants us to place our hope in him and him alone. He suffered, died, and rose for us to bring us back to the Father and he will never, never, abandon us like the world. He will always be there, even when we do see him or feel his presence. He will always be there. So whenever you realize that the world and humans will abandon us, I will guarantee that, the world will fail us, but God will never. He is always faithful, even when we are not.
The Lord has risen for us sinners and he would not have it any other way.
