Hello y Hola,

I pray that you are ready to walk with Christ and act like Christ this Lentbecause that is what God is calling all of us to do during this Lenten season. He wants us to be with him and do what he does. Not one or the other, but both. 

So what is preventing you from walking with Christ? Maybe it is some sin or not taking enough time in prayer each day or something else. This is something that I would encourage everyone early on during this Lent to discover with God what it is that we need to work on to walk with Christ more closely. Maybe that is what your sacrifice could be instead of sweets or something else that you normally do. Or it could be an addition to that.

What is also preventing you from acting like Christ? I would encourage everyone to look at their life and see how you act and if it is not of God, then how do you try to work on changing what you do because the way to Heaven is acting like Christ, so the better we do that the better our chances of getting to Heaven are. So what can you do this Lent to help you act more like Christ?

I pray that this Lenten season will be a fruitful one for your growth with Christ and that we walk with Christ and act like Christ through his suffering, death, and resurrection this coming Easter.

Ruego que estén listos para caminar con Cristo y actuar como Él esta Cuaresma, porque eso es lo que Dios nos llama a todos a hacer durante esta Cuaresma. Él quiere que estemos con Él y hagamos lo que Él hace. No uno ni el otro, sino ambos.

Entonces, ¿qué les impide caminar con Cristo? Quizás sea algún pecado, no dedicar suficiente tiempo a la oración cada día o algo más. Les animo a todos, desde el principio de esta Cuaresma, a descubrir con Dios en qué debemos trabajar para caminar más cerca de Cristo. Quizás ese podría ser su sacrificio en lugar de dulces o algo que normalmente hacen. O podría ser algo adicional.

¿Qué también les impide actuar como Cristo? Les animo a todos a que examinen su vida y vean cómo actúan. Si no es de Dios, ¿cómo intentan cambiar lo que hacen? Porque el camino al Cielo es actuar como Cristo; cuanto mejor lo hagamos, mayores serán nuestras posibilidades de llegar al Cielo. Entonces, ¿qué pueden hacer esta Cuaresma para actuar más como Cristo?

Ruego para que este tiempo de Cuaresma sea fructífero para nuestro crecimiento con Cristo y que caminemos con Cristo y actuemos como Cristo a través de su sufrimiento, muerte y resurrección en esta próxima Pascua.
